Photoshop Band Poster Step by Step

I have been tasked with creating a poster of a band/musician, i chose to go with creating a Daft Punk poster. I tried to mess around with different effects but since I am still getting use to using Photoshop the effects didn't work out that well on the poster. So i went with simple effects and as the course goes on I will be able to get used to using different tools and will be able to create a much better poster.

    Not bad so far Anthony, you now need to really experiment further with type styles and 'paste into' option to create various layers and effects to create effective alternative designs. Remember get a couple of your friends/ peer group to make comments too.
