I cant include some videos due to the file size being to large which is still a problem from the first day videos I have posted.

Below are a few photos from the group filming for our music video, I had taken 11 photos during the second day me and the group were filming our music video, I will also be posting some of the images on the group blog as well. I got more videos then images during that day of filming so the images I have aren't that good.

This is a image with multiple effects on them, these effects are easy to do as its just simply getting your image, clicking filter then, going through those filters that apply effects to your image, below is a few of these effects on an image.

Today the group is going to film again for the second time, the location will be at the docks in Liverpool.

Weather for second day of filming

This is the weather forecast for the second day of filming which will be on Tuesday,  this should be good weather for filming at the Albert Dock for the second location for the groups music video. Its going to be alright today as its not going to rain so filming should not be a problem for the group.

Third Day of Filming: Images Taken

Below are  photos from the group filming for our music video, I had taken 30 photos during the third day me and the rest of the group were filming our music video and below is a few of them, I will also be posting some of the images on the group blog as well.

Album Cover

This is the album cover i created using my text on fire and pixelation images, and I have included an album from the band that features the singer featured in the pixelation image. I will need to use Photoshop more to try create a better looking cover for when I have to create the album cover. I will have to use a similar text and a better effect as well, it would make my cover look a lot better if I had a better background. I will need to use Photoshop a lot more and get better at using different effects

Text on Fire Effect Photoshop Practise Final Design

This is the text on fire I have created, i will need to practice this skill more as i could do a few things better, i could make the colours used better and i could make it look more like fire when using the tools needed to get this effect. I will include the tutorial I used to get this effect.

This is the process of when I created my text on fire effect.




The first step was just selecting the text and the font and size of the text, I then had to select varies options mainly on the colours the text would be as well as drop shadows, then I had to create a new layer and join the two layers I had together, next I had to use the blur tool to go around the edges of the letters to create a fire effect.

First day of Filming

Today is the first day of filming the music video with the rest of the group, we are gonna start by going to St Johns park to film in that area for the first location of the video.

Pixelated Effect Photoshop Practise Final Design

This is the final design for my pixelated image effect. I have also included the original image for comparison. I think the work I did is ok for the first time I have done that effect before but I don't like it that much, I think the pixelation could look better and I could use a better variety of brush sizes to get multiple sized pixels to make it look better so I will have to practise using this effect more. I will also include a video of the tutorial i used to do this effect.

Weather for First day Filming

This is a weather forecast for tomorrow when me and the rest of the group start filming for the first location of the music video. The weather should be good for filming as its going to be sunny today so this makes it better to film.

Pixel Dispersion Effect (Photoshop Practise)

First I found an image I wanted to pixelate, I then created a new layer and made it larger and stretched the image in the direction I wanted the pixelation to go in, after messing around with the size of the image i then selected a brush, I chose square to have that spaced pixels, then I chose the colour white on the first layer (small image), went around the edge of my image to give it a pixelated looking edge, then I selected my second copy (larger image) and then I changed the cokour of the brush tool and used it on the larger image to make it looking pixelated overall.

Group Music Video Storyboard

These are some images of the group storyboard for our music video. This will help the group better when it comes to filming as we can use the storyboard as a guide of how we should be doing the video based on what ideas we have had. This storyboard also tells us what camera shots we should do as well as what locations we will be filming in.
